    Chairman Emeritus

    Paul is Professor Emeritus and the past Academic Dean of Regent College, and has been a pastor, a student counselor, and a business person. He has authored over 20 books on faith & work integration and marketplace theology, including his latest trilogy, Working Blessedly Forever. His mission is to empower ordinary people to integrate their faith and life.

    Byron has over 30 years of business and leadership experience working at a Global Healthcare and Research corporation, and has a heart for equipping pastors and churches to help their members integrate their faith with their work.

  • Dr. Wilson Chan

    Senior Fellow

    Wilson is a tentmaker who preaches and teaches while working full time in as an electrical engineering consultant. He has a Master of Divinity from Regent College and a Doctor of Minister from Bakke Graduate University. His passion is to help the whole people of God bring transformation to all aspects of life.

  • Dr. Steve Garber

    Senior Fellow

    Steven Garber is a teacher of many people in many places, through the years of his life drawn in again and again to the question of vocation, of who we are, of why we are, and of what we do with our lives. A professor and an author, his most recent book is The Seamless Life: A Tapestry of Love and Learning, Worship and Work.

    The founder of the Washington Institute for Faith, Vocation and Culture, he is Senior Fellow for Vocation and the Common Good for the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, and also works for the Economics of Mutuality Project as Senior Fellow for Vocation and the Public Good.

  • Dr. Jean Lee

    Senior Fellow

    Dr. Jean Lee is a Chartered Accountant who began her career in auditing and business consulting. In 1997, she launched a corporate finance advisory service and later held executive roles, including CEO of a technology company. In 2002, she shifted to studying psychology and theology, graduating from the China Graduate School of Theology in 2006 and serving as a minister. After pursuing research in the UK on theology and economics, Dr. Lee joined the CGST faculty in 2010, eventually becoming Dean and Associate Professor. In 2024, she became principal and professor at the Canadian Chinese School of Theology at Tyndale University.

  • Dr. Al Erisman

    Senior Fellow

    Al is currently a writer, speaker, professor, and board member including chair of the board for the Theology of Work Project and chair of the board for KIROS. Al has a PhD in applied mathematics at Iowa State University, worked 32 years at The Boeing Company, most recently as the Director of Technology. While at Boeing he was on numerous scientific boards sponsored by the National Science Foundation, the National Academy of Sciences, and the National Institute for Standards and Technology.

  • Millie Chan

    SE Asia Team Lead

    Millie Chan is a lawyer with over 30 years of experience working in Malaysia and Vancouver. She is the founder of Legacy 127 Consulting, a senior consultant with the Canadian national law firm BLG, and a consultant with the Malaysian law firm Shearn Delamore & Co.

    Andre Chen is the CEO of DENHAM, which is an international brand that makes premium-quality jeans. The business has over 200 employees worldwide with offices in Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Tokyo and Shanghai and over $50 million euros in revenue since it started over 10 years ago.

    Dr. Clive Lim is the Managing Director of Leap International and teaches theology on money, leadership, and the marketplace.

    Jimmy is the founder and managing director of Net-Makers Limited, which is an IT and business consulting company based in Hong Kong. After working 20 years in global corporations, he started Net-Makers with a vision of using business to serve God.

  • Bill Palmer

    North America Team Lead

    Bill is the founder of Palmer & Associates, and has experience as CEO of a successful grocery chain, business owner, and officer in the Navy. He attended Regent College, cares about people and is passionate about helping others integrate their faith and their work.

    Chun Wei is our registrar. She has been a professional HR and leadership development consultant. She has an MA from Regent College.

  • Tunyi Dzuthotso

    IMT Fellows Director

    Tunyi is the director of the IMT Fellows program, a graduate of Regent College (ThM- Marketplace Theology), and is currently working on his PhD from Bakke Graduate University, USA. Tunyi is a pastor in North Vancouver, a church planter, and a spiritual direction and leadership coach (broadplaces.ca).

  • Dale Barkman

    Treasurer

    Dale Barkman is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant and has served as a partner in Barkman & Tanaka from 1989 until 2018. Dale volunteers at his church, as a member of the Ethics Standards Harmonization Committee for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and with several not-for-profits.

    Tim is the co-founder of Coracle Coaching & Consulting, an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF, and a certified Working Genius facilitator. He provides business coaching to entrepreneurs and marketing consulting for small businesses and organizations. He provides IMT Global with marketing and communications help.

    Operations Coordinator

    Paul is a CPA and a marketplace pastor who enjoys empowering Christian professionals to live out their faith in the marketplace. As an Operations Coordinator, Paul supports the operations of IMT.

    Diane has a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC. She has over 30 years experience providing bookkeeping services for several small businesses and charitable organizations.
